WithYou provides design and creative services including:

• Event design (invitations, wedding stationery)
• Custom design projects as agreed upon

Orders and Quotes

All orders are subject to acceptance by WithYou. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on project scope and requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon for each project. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive the agreed-upon usage rights for the final designs. WithYou retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party assets used must comply with applicable licenses.

Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope will require a new quote.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

WithYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
